It’s Week 6 of the 63rd Annual Summer Series!

Week 6 is a 5K on the track.(Age Graded) at West Middle School (3950 Silver Lake Rd, Traverse City, MI 49684). The track is on the north side of the campus, just west of Franke Road (see map below).

This week you will run 12.5 laps around the track to equal 5km.

Age grading is a way to compare the performance of runners of all ages and both genders with one another on a level playing field. When your time is “age-graded” it is calculated as a percentage of the “ideal” time for your age and gender at that distance.

*We will run in two heats depending on predicted 5k time.

Signup if free for this weekly event that happens 10 weeks in June-August. Everyone is welcome to run 1, 5, or all 10!
