Join us for week 4 of the Summer Series! Today is a 4 mile (flat) handicap run. Handicaps are based on previous runs in the summer series. We will also provide handicap times if this is your first Summer Series run!
Your Handicap (your start time) = The time displayed on the race clock. We might advance the clock if the lower handicap runners are not in attendance.
The faster you are, the later you start! Handicaps will be posted below.
*If this is your first Summer Series run we also have a chart that will help you determine your handicap based on your estimated 5k.
