IMPORTANT INFO FOR RACE DIRECTORS

Races included in the Traverse City Track Club (TCTC) Grand Prix Circuit have increased their participation by being a part of the series each year since the program began in 2014.

We are currently putting together the 2023 TCTC Grand Prix Circuit calendar and wanted to see if you and your race would be interested in joining or rejoining the series.

In order to be a part of the series for 2023, your race director or representative must complete our online application form.

Requirements to be considered:

Officially posted Results up to 3 places per age category at least (hand-timed or chipped) on website or registration site.
Local (in 5 county area of TCTC Mission)*

*Some events just outside the 5 county area will be considered. A club discount is highly encouraged.

Remember, being a TCTC Grand Prix Circuit event is still currently FREE, and the benefits include:

Listings on the TCTC website complete event calendars for all races on the circuit include: Even name, date, distance, contact person, phone number and website (if provided)
If provided, the TCTC Event Calendar on our website tctrackclub.com can include your event’s logo
Races on the Grand Prix Circuit are included in the TCTC monthly member e-newsletter that includes links to the Grand Prix Circuit Races and Points on our website tctrackclub.com
