Running accomplishments: Second in the Michigan State Boys Class D Two Mile – 1967. 21 Marathons – Boston, New York, Chicago, St. Louis, Detroit. P.R. 2:42. Boston- 1983

Favorite running shoes: Asics - lightweight curved last versions

Favorite races: National Cherry Festival Races

Favorite race distance: As of now, 5K. Used to be Ten Miler (15K)

Running heroes: Joan Benoit Samuelson, Bill Rodgers 

Favorite pre-race meal: Coffee and Toast

Goals for 2019: Earn 100 points in Grand Prix. Stay injury free.
