Favorite pre-race meal: Anything will an equal combination of carbs & protein

Goals for 2018:

Best running advice given to me: I say this each year, but my running mentor Lisa Taylor is my go-to when needing advice on anything running related. She truly understands the complexities of the sport, and her expertise and insights are immeasurable.

What is one thing your teammates would say about you? I would hope that my obvious love for running and quest to continually improve would inspire my teammates to keep striving for their personal goals with positive zest!

How do you feel about representing the TCTC by being a TCTC Race Team Member? Being a part of this team the past few years has reignited my genuine joy in racing… I am grateful for another year to support the TC track club!
