Best running advice given to me: Lay off the amount of food you eat the day before a race.
Dumbest running moment: Greek food buffet night before Detroit Marathon (not good).
What other interests do you have outside of running? Spending time with family and friends. I enjoy being involved with our BC Kiwanis Club, helping the children in our community.
How do you feel about and how do you plan to represent the Traverse City Track Club as a Race Team member? I’m very proud and honored to be part of such a great group of people. I love running with and supporting all the friends/team members I’ve met over the years. I plan to continue to enjoy, encourage and promote the running lifestyle.
