Why do you run? I got into running as a stress relief but I have continued running because I love the challenge of trying to continually better myself. Also, runners are a fun and I like making friends.

Favorite running quote: Not quite a running quote, but it’s applicable: “Challenges are what make life interesting; overcoming them is what makes life meaningful.”

Best running advice given to me: Never beat yourself up about a bad run.

What is one thing your teammates would say about you? I’m not quite sure. They would probably just shake their heads because I just told some awful “dad joke”

How do you feel about representing the TCTC by being a TCTC Race Team Member? I’m truly honored to be able to represent a team that stands for bettering the community through healthy habits like running.
